JR Hickman
Director
Originally hailing from Southern California, and grew up living in several Asian countries, JR has 20 years of international hospitality experience. Having spent time at various roles including quick service, casual and fine dining; as well as hotel operations, he has become accustomed to the fast pace environment. Later in his career, he honed his revenue analysis and digital marketing talents. JR has enjoyed working with such well-known companies as the Walt Disney Company, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and Marina Bay Sands.
Jade Kong
Director
An engineer in training, Jade joined the hospitality industry 13 years ago where she went through various roles from front of house operations to group shared services. In the latter role, she worked closely with restaurants from Raffles Hotel, Fairmont Singapore, Swissotel The Stamford and Swissotel Merchant Court on marketing communications and procurement projects. More recently, Jade had the opportunity to specialize in government grant applications for SMEs for F&B, retail and hospitality company.
