An engineer in training, Jade joined the hospitality industry 10 years ago where she went through various roles from front of house operations to group shared services. In the latter role, she worked closely with restaurants from Raffles Hotel, Fairmont Singapore, Swissotel The Stamford and Swissotel Merchant Court on marketing communications and procurement projects. More recently, Jade had the opportunity to specialize in government grant applications for SMEs for F&B, retail and hospitality company.
